The mission of Housing Alliance and Community Partnerships (HACP) is to provide safe, quality, and affordable housing opportunities throughout southeast Idaho. We primarily serve underserved populations—including low-income individuals and families, seniors, people with disabilities, and those experiencing homelessness—while remaining responsive to the housing needs of all residents in our region.
