HACP was established in 1968 as the city’s public housing authority. While we are currently known as Housing Alliance and Community Partnerships, we have previously been known by the following names: Housing Authority of the City of Pocatello and Pocatello Housing Authority. HACP was established as a result of Idaho Code 50-1905. HACP is an independent public body governed by a five-member board appointed by the Mayor of Pocatello.
