Within the Pocatello community, HACP owns and manages several apartment complexes and houses that are open to anyone within the community

These are considered "Open Market" rentals. This designation means there is no subsidy or HUD contract associated with the properties. However, HACP keeps the rents prices for this properties at a reasonably low level to keep in line with their mission to provide affordable housing.
